ISCORE’17 PRESENTATION

Spinal cord injuries at this moment in time are an unresolved scientific challenge of great social impact. The International Spinal Cord Repair Meeting 2017 (ISCORE’17) is a one and a half day conference dedicated to recent advances in translational research in the field of Spinal Cord Injuries. The conference aims to stimulate the translation of understanding of neuroregeneration mechanisms into advanced therapeutic applications.

In continuation with the two predecessor editions in 2011, 2013 and 2015 and based on two differentiated areas: Basic and Clinical Research. Some of the major topics to be covered during the conference are combinatory strategies with cell therapy, new pharmacology approaches and rehabilitation-related data.

The speakers consist of leading experts of international prestige in areas which have already entered, or are expected to enter shortly, in experimental therapeutic trials in patients. In addition, a call for posters and detailed information on speakers and program will be announced in the following months.
